ExpĂ©rience spa basique : beaucoup de bruits, bassins extĂ©rieurs pas trĂšs chauds et peu adaptĂ©s pour les froides journĂ©es d'hiver. Il faut absolument rĂ©server les restaurants Ă  l'avance, puisque le personnel du Voilier est peu enclin Ă  accommoder les clients, en dehors du menu pour emporter, mĂȘme lorsque beaucoup de places assises sont disponibles. Heureusement que l'Ă©quipe de La cave Ă  vin Ă©tait flexible et accueillante.

À notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons attendus au moins 30 minutes Ă  la rĂ©ception pour pouvoir confirmer notre arrivĂ©e. On nous a annoncĂ© qu'il Ă©tait prĂ©fĂ©rable de se prĂ©senter au bĂątiment adjacent pour confirmer notre arrivĂ©e. Le lendemain matin, nous avons voulu nous rendre au spa extĂ©rieur et avons appelĂ© la rĂ©ception pour obtenir des robes de chambre afin d'aller au SPA extĂ©rieur. On nous informe qu'elle devait ĂȘtre dans la chambre qui n'avait pas Ă©tĂ© rafraĂźchie et qu'un appel Ă©tait placĂ© immĂ©diatement. 4 heures d'attente et 3 appels plus tard, nous avons finalement reçu les robes de chambres (dont une qui Ă©tait trop petite pour un adulte) et nous as fait manquer l'heure du dĂ©jeuner. Pendant l'attente, nous nous sommes rendu au restaurent Ă  11h00 et avons Ă©tĂ© accueilli par un prĂ©poser qui a refusĂ© de nous placer en nous indiquant que le restaurent Ă©tait fermĂ© afin de prĂ©parer le dĂźner. Nous avons dĂ» revenir plus tard pour le dĂźner. Par chance, la nourriture Ă©tait excellente malgrĂ© le fait qu'elle soit trĂšs dispendieuse pour l'offre. Nous avons fait des rĂ©servations pour la dĂ©gustation de vin ainsi que pour le souper et avons finalement annulĂ© la rĂ©servation du souper afin d'opter pour une bien meilleure solution Ă  Ste-AdĂšle. Nous avons quittĂ© frustrĂ© du service le lendemain matin et avons fait un stop dĂ©jeuner pour un excellent dĂ©jeuner Ă  Ste-AdĂšle. TrĂšs bel hĂŽtel avec d'excellentes installations mais, expĂ©rience gĂąchĂ©e par un service dĂ©ficient.
