Located a short walk away from Mary's Lake, this beautiful 3BR/3.5BA townhome provides ample open, luxurious living space for your next adventure in the Rockies. This recently built property has central AC, making it a rare find in Estes Park.

The main level boasts rich bamboo flooring with granite countertops and knotty alder cabinets in the open concept kitchen/dining/living areas. The windows provide exceptional mountain views, and a sliding door off of the living area leads to the spacious upper deck with a gas grill.

Each of the three bedrooms in this home includes a private ensuite bath. The main floor bedroom features a queen bed, while the lower level hosts an additional queen bedroom and a king-size master bedroom. Both downstairs bathrooms have heated floors for early winter morning comfort.

The living area on the main level features a queen sleeper sofa right next to the gas fireplace with easy access to the hallway half bath.

Head downstairs to the lower level family room for movie night on the large flat-screen TV. With a modern comfy couch and oversized beanbag chair, there's room for the whole family.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs (if applicable), 4-5 dishwashing pods (if applicable), liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

Great location

We stayed for 2 nights, it was a great get away. It was close to lots of hiking trails and town. Everything was less than 10 minutes. There were also great restaurants near by and when we stayed in the kitchen had everything we needed.

Very nice place off the beaten path. Deer eating off our deck every evening. Full kitchen with the majority of pots/pans/ and untensils. All we needed was the groceries.

Wonderful home for enjoying family and friends

We enjoyed our stay very much. There was a problem with the freezer and refrigerator running cool enough, but we found that lowering the set temperature worked. The dishwasher was difficult to start due to a faulty seal, but a maintenance worker arrived immediately and fixed the problem. We discovered the dining room blind was stuck in the "up" position the morning of checkout and notified Sky Run at that time.

Very comfortable and clean. My only complaint was finding an envelope requesting a tip for the housekeeping staff. Seems to me that the amount paid to stay was plenty to cover cleaning, particularly for a group of adults who kept the place clean. Would definitely stay again though. Pictures are accurate.

Rocky vacation

The property was beautiful. Gorgeous sunrise view. Plenty of space. Comfortable beds. Good communication with property management. Only negatives were the dishwasher was not working and the remote for one of the TVs was missing. But who needs a TV in that setting??

Memorial Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful time in Estes Park. This unit was easy to find, great location on the edge of town. The space suited our needs perfectly and it had everything required to make breakfast, enjoy our coffee and even make a snack later in the day. Not too far from many great restaurants. The bedding was comfortable and everything was very clean upon our arrival.

Absolutely GORGEOUS views!!

Upon arrival the door code did not work however the garage code did. I used the emergency number and immediately got an answered called. Since we were able to gain entry through the garage we did not think it was necessary to get the door code situation, resolved until the next morning. Promptly the next morning it was taken care of.The photos of the unit were on point and it is absolutely lovely. I was told all beds were very comfortable with the exception of the fold out sofa (which was only used one night) I’d highly recommend a topper should be purchased which could easily be rolled up and stored since the storage in this place is immense. This particular sofa is not very comfortable to sit on either. Don’t get me wrong it’s a nice couch but since it is leather it seems like it’s not broken in enough. The unit is listed as sleeps 8 but there really isn’t a good comfortable hang out space for 8. Six yes but with 8 some are sitting in dining room chairs. I’d suggest an additional sofa downstairs that way everyone can hang together. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill worked awesome. Loved that every bedroom has its own private full bath and there’s an extra 1/2 bath upstairs. Parking was super easy too. We DID LOVE this place and would stay here again but I feel it’s very important to be completely honest. Simple to get to RMNP from here and if you want a nice upscale dinner you can’t beat Twin Owls Steakhouse within a miles drive. We extended our stay and once again the property management was so easy to get in touch with. I feel they do a great job. We had a wonderful time.
