Clean rooms, amenities.
Upon check-in friendly staff, room was clean and up to par. Dinner was excellent with great, friendly service.
We paid for breakfast, nothing to brag about, and different to other Holiday Inn properties. Unlike other properties, there was not very many breakfast options to choose from. During breakfast, the 2 staff members upon arrival seemed discombobulated and unorganized. We had to ask for multiple items such as water, coffee, silverware and coffee condiments. We were told two times that they were to serve you, and that we could not serve ourselves. Sadly, we witnessed the tables around us receive the quality of service that we also should have been getting. Upon arrival, the tables were a little dirty had to clean ourselves before sitting.I think we would have been happier eating breakfast somewhere else, with better service and more food options that we know are the standard of other Holiday Inn properties that we have visited. For what we paid for this hotel stay, we clearly felt that the quality versus price was very lopsided and the value was not worth the price.
All in all, the hotel property was nice, clean and well maintained and suitable for bringing along our valued pet. The outside fire pits were a nice touch.
