The property is well maintained and the staff were so helpful. It’s a peaceful distance from downtown but not too far. Everything is minutes away. 4 miles from Fall River entrance to RMNP. Slept with patio door open and slept peaceful with the sound of the stream!

Very quaint property. My room is facing a stream and it’s nice to hear the water flowing over the rocks. Nice check in with a chilled bottle of champagne and candles. Very sweet after my son and I travelled from afar. Great staff gave us electric bikes and we rode around Lake Estes yesterday. So fun.

The suites are very nice. They do warn you about construction going on adjacent to the property. They don't tell you that it starts very early and that the crew takes up most of the parking until mid afternoon. I feel a price break should be offered during this time, but just my opinion. This was our 2nd time staying here. The 2nd floor suites have nice balconies.

Great property very easy and convenient check in and check out beautiful room and beautiful area. I would definitely recommend this place the fire place s a delayed ignition issue that should be corrected. But that didn’t impact my stay as the fire place still worked.

The Inn is a lovely, rustic property. We particularly enjoyed the view and sound of the babbling brook outside our room. We were so pleased to have A couple of elk sightings, one right outside the front office, up close and personal! We were only disappointed that the light show seemed to be malfunctioning, but enjoyed sitting outside anyway. All in all, thumbs up!!

Nice stay

Good location. Turns out our room was across the parking lot from the Fall River stream, not stream side. Not really a Mountain View either. They do have cabins and other rooms on the stream, but booking through Hotels.com left that a little murky as to whether you were getting a "stream-side" room. Family upstairs had kids banging on the floor at 7:30am and again in the evening until 9:30pm or so. Room was excellent (King bed room), large living space and bathroom. Small invection stove top, fridge, microwave. There was a lot of construction going on, so no sleeping in (in addition to the kids upstairs), but we were told of the construction ahead or time. Overall a good place to stay, though perhaps a touch expensive. Beware of you are coming back late -- parking is tight.

This place was nothing short of incredible. My wife and I enjoyed a week in their cabins for our honeymoon and we would do it a thousand times over. It is a beautiful place with a spacious cabin that has all the amenities you could desire. It’s on a beautiful river with easy access to Estes park and the mountains.
