THE LIVING SPACE
Guests must walk up an exterior flight of stairs from the parking lot to reach the entrance deck, which features a private hot tub and stunning stargazing views.
The front door opens into an open concept area that includes a comfortable leather Queen sleeper sofa, a cozy gas fireplace, and a TV for your entertainment.
Nearby, the efficiency kitchen comes fully equipped for simple, convenient meal preparation.
A guest bathroom is centrally located down the hall and features a full-size shower.
THE MASTER SUITE
The master suite offers premium comfort, outfitted with a plush King-size bed and a second TV.
This master space has its own individual fireplace for cozy evenings, as well as an en-suite bath with a relaxing jetted tub and shower combination.
AMENITIES AND COMFORT
For year-round comfort, the property is equipped with central air conditioning for summer and multiple fireplaces for winter nights.
The condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests in total.
AN IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING COMMUNITY AMENITIES
While guests are welcome to use them when open, the shared outdoor community pool, shared hot tub, and community fire pit are completely separate from this individual rental.
These shared facilities are owned, operated, and maintained strictly by the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA, which generally opens them from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend entirely at their own discretion.
SkyRun has zero control over these community facilities, their maintenance standards, or their operational status.
While guests are welcome to use them when open, they are not included as part of your rental agreement or reservation terms. Absolutely no full or partial refunds will be issued if the community pool, shared hot tub, or fire pit are closed, undergoing maintenance, or unavailable during your stay.
SUPPLIES PROVIDED
To help cover your first day, we provide a starter kit of basic amenities. Inside, you will find an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, sample-sized shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. The kitchen is stocked with one extra roll of paper towels, liquid dishwashing soap, a couple of trash bags, dishwasher or laundry pods if applicable to your unit, and a welcome kit of coffee or pods depending on what the unit has. Please note that these items are only meant to get you started, so you will need to bring or purchase additional toiletries and household supplies to last the rest of your stay.
What to be aware of:
There is no washer or dryer in this unit.
Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rental units to have grills.
Please do not mail or ship anything to this home.
No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets-Fines apply.
No outside fires.
Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.
Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
Quiet time at 9pm.
Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
Snow Plowing / shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.
