Step into Mount Meeker 26B, a cozy one bedroom, two bathroom condo with spectacular views of Mary's Lake and the surrounding mountains.
Enjoy the mountain views, morning and night, from your private hot tub on the deck! Awake each day and savor a cup of coffee in the beautiful morning light. Take a stroll to serene Mary's Lake for fishing or skipping rocks. After a long day of activities in Rocky Mountain National Park, curl up and enjoy the warmth of the intimate gas fireplaces.
The efficiency-style kitchen is well equipped for preparing simple meals.
This condo has an open living area where you'll find a leather Queen sleeper sofa, fireplace and flat screen TV.
A short trip down the hall takes you to the first bathroom with full size shower. Just past the bathroom is the Master bedroom with a private ensuite bath. This Master suite features a King bed, flat screen TV, fireplace and full bath with a jetted tub/shower combo.
Mount Meeker 26B will keep you warm and cozy in the winter, and cool and comfortable in the summer with Central Air Conditioning.
This lovely condo accommodates up to 4 people and will be your perfect romantic mountain home away from home!
What to be aware of:
There are steps leading up to this condo.
No oven, only stovetop. Mini refrigerator.
Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rentals to have grills.
Please do not mail or ship anything to this home.
No Washer / Dryer
No reserved parking. Parking may not be right in front of your condo.
No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets-Fines apply.
No outside fires.
Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.
Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
Quiet time at 9pm.
Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, additional supplies and toiletries can be purchased in town.
Snow Plowing / shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.
The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, and additional hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.
