With space for up to 8 guests and nearly 2,000 square feet of living space, this mountain retreat blends rustic charm with modern comfort just minutes from downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

One of the most special features of this home is the wildlife. Guests regularly see elk, deer and coyotes roaming the golf course, and during the fall rut you will even hear elk bugling. Watching wildlife with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine is something many of our guests mention as a highlight of their stay.

Inside, the open layout provides comfortable gathering space for families and groups traveling together. The main living area features large windows that frame the mountain views, a cozy fireplace, and easy access to the private deck. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, and the dining area offers plenty of seating for shared dinners after a day of hiking, sightseeing, or golfing.

Amazing Place!

Incredible week in Estes

This was our first time in Estes and we could not have enjoyed our stay more! The property owner Michele is a super fast communicator, checking in ahead of time and making sure we had everything we needed. We spoke a couple times before the visit changing dates and asking questions and she could not have been more accommodating! The house is spectacular, sitting directly on the 5th hole at Estes park golf course. Simply walk off the back porch and onto the walking path along the course! Even if you do not golf you’ll love the location off s st Vrain which connects to the heart of downtown Estes! We saw Elk daily on the course, they are like domestic pets and just park themselves right on the green! They do not obstruct your ability to play, though, so no worries there, they’ll move when they need to! The golf fees are extremely reasonable and we played almost every day. The course is pretty tight so hit ‘em straight and enjoy the most incredible views in Estes! Hiking and restaurants are just minutes away. As for the house: teenagers had their own space upstairs with plenty of room to spread out and the downstairs was roomy for all four of us. We loved the vaulted ceilings and the amazing breeze coming from the back, we kept the back door open and front windows and bedroom windows open and the house was super comfortable temp-wise. I have one child that “runs hot” 24/7 and she had zero gripes! The house, beds, bedding, pillows, towels, and were immaculately clean!

Private home quiet neighborhood

Great house good bones .Rugs worn out and looked dirty. Kitchen good cooking supplies Soaps offered and not in some baths unusable. Please pay attention to the little things. Welcome basket , with snacks or water and fruit are a good sign after long journey. Ive stayed in many rentals and could rate this 6 or 7 could be 10 with a little more effort. Thanks for sharing .

Best place to stay in Estes Park

We've been to Estes Park a few times and this has been our favorite place that we have stayed at. The place was very clean, very nice decor, and very spacious. Just a short drive from town and 10-15 minutes from RMNP. Michelle was a great host and made sure we enjoyed our stay. also, an added bonus that the unit has a garage which was very handy during our stay with some cold temps.

Comfort, views, & wildlife in this beautiful relaxing mountain retreat

Michele made check in and out very easy. Property is just as pictured - very clean, well-appointed, and well cared for. Location was great - easy to access RMNP, hiking, shopping, plus a great place to just relax. Nice views from rear of property and we enjoyed watching the herd of elk that came for an afternoon snack & nap on the fairway behind the condo.

Fabulous stay on the golf course

Wonderful property with full amenities. Plenty of space for 3 generations of family to spread out. Deck was perfect for watching the elk and the golfers on the course! Master bath with spa tub is luxurious. Check in and check out was super easy, and had great communication with the host. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back again!
