With its 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it sleeps up to 10 people. It's the ideal place for a holiday with family or friends. A little treasure to discover!



Come and enjoy a relaxing stay in this pleasant, fully renovated 120m2 family home, located in the heart of Etel.

Situated in a quiet area, close to the beach, shops and town centre, all within walking distance.

On the ground floor, a large, bright living room opens onto a loggia area where you can share a meal while enjoying the view over the garden. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. A bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and separate WC complete the accommodation.

Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with 4 beds and a bathroom.

The garden at the back of the house is a popular place to relax, perfect for enjoying a good book or a sunny afternoon.

Maison parfaite pour un séjour entre amis avec les enfants ou en famille. La pièce de vie est très agréable avec la véranda qui amène beaucoup de lumière. Merci, on reviendra !
