Charming villa, ideally located in the heart of Etel: beach, town centre and shops within walking distance. Very bright, it comprises on the ground floor a beautiful living space, entirely glazed in a loggia style and overlooking a lush and peaceful garden.

With its 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 10 people can stay there. It is the ideal place for a family holiday or with friends. A little treasure to discover!

Come and enjoy a relaxing stay in this pleasant, fully renovated family home of 120m2, located in the heart of Etel.

Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the beach, shops and town centre, all within walking distance.

On the ground floor, a large, very bright living area opens onto a loggia space where you can enjoy a meal whilst taking in the view of the garden. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. A bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and separate WC complete the ground floor.

Upstairs, 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with 4 beds and a bathroom.

The garden at the rear of the house offers an appreciated relaxation space, perfect for enjoying a good book comfortably settled or making the most of sunny afternoons.
