Really good hotel. Very accommodating of us being non-German speakers and travelling with a dog. They allowed us to sit with our dog at a table in the foyer, next to the dining room (where dogs are not allowed). There is a great restaurant (Jackys Glashaus) next door, which we enjoyed - this was dog and child friendly.

Staff were helpful. Room great size. No where to hang clothes but didn’t affect our stay as we had planned to live out of the suitcases anyway. Breakfast had wide variety, sausages, bacon eggs, croissants and other danishes plus cold meats, bread rolls; cereals and yogurt and fruit. Check in was easy and quick. Peaceful stay and only 15mins via car from Europa Park. Also had a really good restaurant (Glas Hause or similar) next door which we and our 2 kids enjoyed a meal at on our 1st night. Would recommend this to families visiting the area.

Hotel in a quiet and pleasant setting, with parking and a very varied breakfast, close to Europa-Park. The front desk staff in the afternoon was very helpful. The room was missing a minibar and the TV didn’t work (we didn’t complain). The cleaning was generally fine, though some details could be improved. We will gladly come back.

Great location for visiting Europa-Park and the Black Forest. There is a lovely restaurant next door and a beautiful town 10-15 min walk away with a few more lovely restaurants and taverns. I would definitely recommend and go back.

It was an amazing stay for three nights inclusive breakfast parking is free wow. I find the price cheap for having free breakfast and parking all inclusive. I myself work in hotel and i know how expsive everything now is. We had a great stay amazing place not crowded if you love to drive around schwarwald or going to europa park and rulantica for a budget it is a great Hotel friendly staff and good selection breakfast. Rooms are big enough we had family room with a bunk bed for two kids they enjoyed the stay too. I recommend!

Irritating place

In the explenation about restoran in Hotel, not! Restoran some " italian " place some minutes to walk to. That place full reserved so not able to get table utill one houer in waiting list. The adress in Hotel.com app to get direction is wrong. We ended up in center of this small town, and hotel 4 km from there out in some industrial area. We whas promissed on bottle of free wine on arrival, Not!! Breakfast totaly okey, but strainge system to get Juice ore whater there you must find the "knob" behind a woden plate. So i think on time, not second!
