Please no smoking in home *We do not allow parties in the home. Pick up pet poop Damages have to be reported *This is a non smoking property
*Please set AC to 75 in the summer when you leave. And heater to 68 in the winter. Visitors are allowed as long as they dont spend the night.
Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet; there is a trash can beside it for everything else. scrape plates before putting them in dishwasher.
