Carriage House offers a prime location on Park Street near all the activities in town. It’s a short walk to the Lake Days Aqua Playground (seasonal), beachfront, Boardwalk Pool, Resort Pool, pop-up shops, Mama Tigs Wood Fired Pizza, The Meeting House, The Pantry, and Food Truck Park.
This true 2 bedroom (no sleeping loft), 2 bath apartment features a spacious open living/kitchen area. The kitchen has a large island that seats 4, GE appliances, iCoffee K-cup brewer, and is fully stocked with the essentials to meet the needs of the best cook, including Hexclad premium cookware.

The master suite features a king-sized bed with Purple mattress, TV, washer/dryer, and a bathroom a walk-in shower. Heading upstairs, you’ll be greeted by a cozyentertainment space with a TV and Nintendo Switch docking station and plenty of board games, puzzles, books, and toys to entertain the whole family. Next to thelounge space, the bedroom space offers Two (2) Twin XL bunk beds each with a charging station and reading light. This secondary bedroom has its own private bathroom with walk-in shower.

Enjoy the high-tech touches throughout the house, including Starlink internet, smart TVs with Roku technology including YouTube TV and the ability to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, PBS Kids, and much more using your personal membership account information.

Outside you will find plenty of parking in the driveway or across the Park Lane alley in the community parking lot.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, inflatable water park, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals.
