Summary:
The Texas Star is perfect for a group of friends and family! Spread out in this spacious home that offers an open concept living/dining, two separate living areas, four bedrooms, and three full baths.

The Space:
Sleeping arrangements include the downstairs master suite with double vanities in the private bath, and another downstairs bedroom with a king bed and neighboring full bathroom. Upstairs is the third King bedroom, a bedroom with full size bunk beds, and a shared full bathroom.There is a large sectional in the upstairs living room that could also make for comfy sleeping if you have extra guests.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware and you'll have a starter set of essentials like detergents and toiletries. Your vacation should be No Work, All Play! We provide grocery and meal delivery when you make arrangements in advance of your stay!

This home is what lake dreams are made of! You'll be within quick walking distance of both community pools, sports courts, the swim beach and local eateries. Spend a morning on the porch swing or step across the street to tour the furnished model home and play on Pistache Park. Included on the property are a fire pit, grill and picnic table for your private use.

All town amenities such as pools, hot tub, walking trails and sports courts are included with your stay. Seasonal amenities are also available, such as Kayak and Paddle Board Rentals, Festivals and Events. We love to tell guests about Carlton Landing! The Texas Star House

Towels were worn out. Kitchen appliances older, problems with dishwasher. Pans and trays badly worn. Sleeping and common areas very nice. Very nice area for our family reunion.

Family Reunion

Had a wonderful Family Reunion. Our group had 4 houses in Carlton Landing. We rotated meals and game nights. We used the pools, rented a pontoon boat from 9 Marina, rented golf carts and had late night Pickle Ball games. The fireworks and community activities were a big hit too.

More than enough

This is such a beautiful house with more than enough amenities to offer in the house.. all the little extras I packed were never needed 😃 definitely rec getting a golf cart to get around. We had 8 total in our group and we had more than enough room. Thanks for the great stay
