The Perfect Porch Retreat!

Come and relax at our spacious lake view home and take in the stunning lake views from our 600 square foot screened-in porch. Complete with a 43-inch smart TV, a dart board, and a large table with seating for 8, you'll be sure to enjoy all that outdoor living has to offer with plenty of breeze and without worrying about pesky mosquitos. Our 4-bed, 2-bath home features beds for a total of 10 people and is only a 5-minute walk to the beach, the perfect destination for everyone to have a great day by the lake!
***THERE IS A $100 PET FEE. PETS MUST BE INCLUDED IN RESERVATION WHEN BOOKING (excludes service animals)

***Check out is at 10 AM. Any guests in house after 10:15 am without prior approval will be charged $75/hour for every hour they remain in the house past the checkout time.

1- Please be courteous and respectful to our neighbors and avoid loud outside noise from 10pm-8am (No parties)
2- No smoking or vaping inside the house. If smoking outside please pick up all cigarette butts.
3- All trash MUST be in a trash bag prior to putting it in the trash bin.
4-Please keep pets off furniture and bedding. When dogs are outside please keep them on a leash. Pick up and bag all pet waste.
5-Do not add charcoal to pellet grill. Use the pellets provided. Adding charcoal to the pellet grill will result in a $100 fee. For assistance with grill operation please contact the host.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Plumb Theater. Laundry facilities are available. A kitchen and 2 bathrooms are available in the vacation home.

Perfect for family

We stayed at Perfect Porch Retreat over the July 4th weekend and had so much fun. The 4 bedrooms are spaced out so that no one was disturbed by another. The large screened in front porch is such a great spot to hang out in the evenings. The yard was so spacious! It really was perfect for our family.

It was a great getaway cabin!

It was a very nice cabin . We enjoyed our stay there this weekend. The only downside was the chairs on the porch were worn out and didn’t feel safe to sit in . We moved 2 of them off to the side so nobody would set on them . That is where we spent most of our time was on the porch.

Porch Saved Rainy Weekend

We loved the screened in porch...the weekend was rainy, we would have been stir crazy otherwise. We never made it to the living room which looked very comfortable. The house was very clean and we had plenty of space. The kitchen had all of the supplies we needed. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles and the boat.

Bass Tournament

The property was perfect and had enough parking for three boats with trucks and a couple more vehicles. The kitchen, living room and screened porch were large and plenty of room to spread out. The place was clean and well maintained and all my friends complimented the house. I would definitely book it again.

Nice lake cabin!

We only stayed one night at this lake house along our road trip. The house sits not far off the highway and is a quiet lakeside community. We enjoyed the path to the private beach area of the lake with a peaceful place to splash, play and build sand castles. There was a bucket of toys that we were able to use for the beach and cornhole to play at the house. The weather was perfect to sit on the sun porch and enjoy a movie when the sun went down. Plenty of bedrooms for the family to spread out and rest.

Love the porch!

We had a great time and plenty of room for a family of 10! But the porch was by far our favorite! The dart board was so much fun as well as the big table for games. Highly recommend!!
