Welcome Travelers! Discover the beauty of Eugene from this lovely shared 3-bedroom upstairs attached to our main home (we live downstairs). Inside, guests find a king bed and two queen beds, perfect for a restful night. Each room has it's own lock. The fabulous living room offers a cozy sofa bed and an additional queen inflatable mattress, making space for everyone to relax. There is a shared laundry room with the downstairs folks. The bathroom features a bathtub and a bidet, along with a hair dryer for convenience. Climate control keeps the house comfortable year-round. With fun decor, video games, fast Wi-Fi, an active garden outside, and a hot tub, it's perfect for relaxing or gaming. The space includes a light breakfast (Granola bars and fruit ^-^), an expandable table for up to 7, and serene garden views. Walkable, comfortable, and full of character! Note: No Kitchen upstairs. Guest have mini-fridges, microwave, and access to the outside grill.
