This house in the charming Jefferson Westside neighborhood is perfect for a stay in Eugene with beautiful landscaping and close proximity to everything in the area including the University of Oregon. Less than 10 minute drive to Hayward Field or Autzen Stadium!

The house was built in 1940 and maintains much of its original charm (archways, built in cabinets, and doors with skeleton keys) while also having updated appliances and utilities (new water heater, hvac system, high speed Wi-Fi).
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Lane County Historical Museum. Laundry facilities are available. The vacation home offers a kitchen and a sofa bed.

Cozy home in great neighborhood

We came to Eugene to celebrate the life of a dear friend. We both lived in Eugene and graduated from the University of Oregon until relocating to Washington State. Everywhere we needed or wanted to go was easily accessible. Comfortable beds, chairs and couch. Walkable and quiet neighborhood.
