I’ve never stayed at a bed and breakfast, and it ended up being everything I had hoped for. Cozy and quiet room (Celeste). Clean, welcoming staff and the breakfast was wonderful. Overall would highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

Awesome bed and breakfast. Great staff. Very nice room. Great location. Near the river walk and a local brewery. Plenty of dining options near by. I had to leave to catch my train before breakfast so they made me a “to go” one.

The room s lovely though it was hard to get the button on jetted tub pressed. I told the staff and they said maintenance would check it out. Also, since I stayed 2 nights, I didn't expect the linens to be changed though I did expect the room to be vaccuumed and the bed made. I had pulled the cover up and perhaps the service did arrange the pillows but not sure of that! Overall, it was as close to perfect a stay as I can imagine. The breakfast both AMs was extraordinary and different both days.

Really friendly staff that made me feel welcome on a very difficult trip. (Death in the family; unexpected.) The breakfasts alone are worth the stay! and, I was also welcome to use common spaces during evenings. Yes, the carpets are getting a bit worn, but then again, they might have to raise prices if they replaced everything? I really loved my stay at this welcoming Inn, the bed was very comfortable, and the food, delicious and nourishing. (I eat GF/celiac and lactose-free, and they could not have been more accommodating! Thank you!). Will absolutely stay here again. Also loved the birds in the big old oak tree out front! Thank you, ALL of you at the Inn.

Rooms are so unique. We loved the jetted tub. The fireplace was so nice having on all night with a soothing warm glow. So fun to play and then to sleep so well even better than at home. I want to come here as often as I can The staff were wonderful and amazing. This place is better than being at home. You will be pampered.

In town stay.

We had a work function in downtown Eugene and decided to get a room instead of going home. We were met with a very welcoming hello. Check in was fast and we were shown to very nice room. Breakfast is included with your stay. The breakfast room was beautifully decorated and warm. The food and coffee were very good. Great stay all in all.

We stay overnight regularly in Eugene to attend events at the Hult Center. This was our first time at the Campbell House and we will make it our regular overnight stop from now on. The grounds are beautiful, the staff friendly and attentive (I love well-trained staff!), and the breakfast really good! We did stay in a room in the carriage house that was on the lower level. It was fine for over night, but with only one window and a little dark. If we were staying for more than a quick overnight I would choose another room with a little more light and charm. Loved it for sure though!

Too small

While the atmosphere was nice and the hotel was clean the room we had was far too small. A full size bed barely fit in the room. Also, there are freight trains running all night nearby - bring your earplugs.
