Lovely home in prime South Eugene location by Tugman Park, well cared for and maintained, covered front porch, fully fenced large back yard (10,018 sq ft property) with new covered Trex deck, nicely landscaped stone pathways, raised garden beds. Interior of the home exudes character and charm: wood floors, one bedroom has private access to back deck, organic mattresses, extra sofa bed, washer & dryer, lovely/modern kitchen. Ecofriendly. Only non-toxic products used for cleaning.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please pick up after your pets. Thank you! You can just put it in any of the boxes to the left of the garage and I will take care of it when I get back! Leave trash/recycling left of the garage,
ideally under the roof, protected from the rain. You can use any of the boxes or grocery bags in the kitchen to the left of the sink in the drawer. Please open/close blinds gently, supporting them
The blind in the eastern most bedroom facing the backyard should be raised and lowered using the right drawstring until I replace the broken string on the left. Thank you!

This was a perfect place to stay for me to relax and practice before an audition. The back yard was lovely and it was great to listen to the crickets in the evening while sitting on the back deck. I would totally stay here again.
