The rooms could use some maintenance updated bathroom doors and furniture. The carpet had a damp feel to it on the first floor where we were staying. Although we asked for a third floor quiet room at the time we reserved the stay online we were told we would be staying on the first floor. It turned out it was noisy from customers using the pool & other facilities on that floor late hours and early morning. Other than that, the bed was comfortable. room was clean and the price of the room was good. Staff is always very nice and accomodating.

The staff was over the top friendly. Not fake, but genuinely went out of their way to provide great customer service. The only downside was our room smelt like a wet dog. I honestly didnt want to say anything becuase the staff was so friendly, but the smell was so bad.

Pet friendly

This hotel is a great stopping point for regular trips. I really like the dog friendly hotel. Only gripe would be? Room carpet is stained with many pet stains. I guess a lot of peoples pets aren't potty trained? That, is a bummer. My dog can smell it on the chairs, walls, floors, hall and stairs. Hope it's cleaner than it seems.
