Fairie Hollow brings a whimsical feel, to your stay in the city of Eugene. Vines crawl to the ceiling, and mystical woodland creatures hide in plain sight throughout the space.

The two bedrooms are artfully designed to instill tranquility with calm lighting, plenty of closet storage, and memory foam beds.

Plants and mermaids adorn the front garden, set against the playful purple colored house, and the extra large backyard has a gas grill and a fire pit for use.

The full kitchen with quartz granite tops and slow-close cabinetry is perfect for creating meals in.

Two dining options are provided- the bar seats two, and two more spaces at a live-edge slab dining table.
The living room, with Smart TV allows you to access apps through your own accounts.

The backyard area is fenced, though pets should be kept on-leash, as the fence does not fully go to the ground.

The long-term tenant, in the converted garage, is a friendly woman who cares for the outdoor plants. You will see her watering in the morning and evening. The home shares ducting with the converted garage, so you may smell wafts of marijuana emanating, as is legal in Oregon. Thus, this is a 420 friendly space. No illegal substances, please. This is a quiet neighborhood, and parties are not allowed.

You will have a door code to the front door, sent to you before your arrival. No keys to lose!

All parts of the interior of the home are available to you, with the exception of the locked supply closet, the outdoor supply shed, and the locked attic.

We keep our phones on 24/7, should any issues arise. We also have on-call maintenance and cleaning staff.

Upon booking, you will be asked to sign a Renter’s Agreement, and provide ID.

Pets are allowed, with a pet fee paid.

Marijuana smoking is allowed. Nicotine or tobacco smoking is not, nor are any other illegal substances.

Guests must bring their own firewood and accessories for the fire pit, monitor it while in use, and completely douse it when done. Oregon summers have fire dangers associated. Careful monitoring is of the utmost importance.

There is space for one vehicle in the driveway. Any additional vehicles can be parked on the street, but only for 72 hours at a time. After 72 hours, they will need to be moved to a different block, where the 72 hour timer would start back over.

There are three steps to get to the front door, and four to get down to the backyard. Otherwise, this is a single level home.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Lane County Fair Grounds. Laundry facilities are available. The vacation home includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchen.
