Staff was efficient and knowledgeable. The manager Kelsea went above and beyond to help us - I am mobility impaired and I appreciate the extra effort. I also noticed her making sure that other guests got their questions answered and got checked in quickly. That sort of dedication seems rare these days.

We had a beautiful room in the Hilyard Building that backed up on the mill race. It was beautiful, private, and quiet. Room was spacious and nicely furnished. Would highly recommend.

The breakfast was outstanding. The only thing missing was a waffle maker but really, we only missed it because that's the kids' favorite, there were TONS of great options for breakfast and we all ate more than we usually do. The entire facility was clean and the staff was just exceptionally professional and courteous. Really great stay.
