It’s about a 5 minute walk to beautiful Hendricks Park and is located only 1 mile from the University of Oregon and Hayward Field. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a loft with office space, and a carport. The master bedroom includes a queen bed w/ master bath and a private balcony. The second bedroom includes a full bed and has a bathroom right across the hall. The loft office includes a sofa that can convert to a futon. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the hills and mountains surrounding Eugene as you grill out on the deck and relax in the lounge chairs. One of the nicest and cleanest houses I have stayed in. Would recommend this house to anyone coming to the area. Communication from the host was excellent and very appreciated. Would book this house again in the future.
