Inspired by Japanese and Balinese design, and crafted from reclaimed wood and recycled hardware, the home is furnished with curated modern pieces and layered textures.

Heating & Cooling - The home has mini split units in each area for heating and cooling to keep you comfortable. The downstairs bedroom does not have a designated unit, but stays cool year round and has a wall heater for colder months.

Stairs - This property features multiple levels and stairs, so we ask that children be supervised at all times for their safety. Guests should remain mindful and use caution throughout the home to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay.

Bathroom - Bathroom 1 features a toilet, sink, and a deep soaking tub with a spray attachment - please note there is no overhead shower in this bathroom. Bathroom 2 and 3 are toilet, sink and shower only.

Here’s a polished Vrbo review:The house itself is lovely, and the attention to detail throughout the property is exquisite. It truly felt like a special place to gather for graduation weekend.That said, the pricing at graduation felt excessive, which took away some of the magic from what should have been a purely joyful family event. We had planned to offset the high cost of the stay by cooking and enjoying meals together at the house, but unfortunately, the oven stopped working during our visit. That was disappointing and added to the frustration of an already expensive stay. The proximity to the University is fantastic. Easy to get anything you need from a store close by. We purchased a broom and left it for the next guests. Overall, the home is beautiful, but between the graduation-weekend price increase and the oven issue, the experience did not fully justify the cost. I see the normal price and would recommend it in the hundreds of dollar price range, but not thousands.
