The room was really comfortable nice and big spacious with a good fridge and a microwave and the bathroom looks really clean everything was just amazing here!

Walls are paper thin. I could hear word for word the conversation between the couple in the room next to me. At 5:00am They were not yelling, merely talking in normal voice levels. Lighting in bathroom vanity area is horrible. No way to put on makeup and no other mirror or better lighting in room.

Royal Inn was just what I needed for a busy weekend.It was close to my event, clean, quiet and nicely updated. With a large fridge, coffee maker, and friendly, flexible staff it was a great home base.

The area near this hotel seems a little sketchy but the staff was wonderful and the room was clean and recently updated. I'll definitely stay again if I have an early flight out of Eugene.
