Great 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house! Close to everything but very private!
Comfortable and well-furnished bedrooms. There is a queen bed and 43” smart TV in the four of the bedrooms and a double bed in the fifth.
The full kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher. You'll find all the essentials needed for preparing meals, making this house perfect for longer stays or large families. Ground coffee provided!
Generous living room with a large sectional sofa, 55” smart tv and electric fireplace, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Game room with pool table, darts and 55” smart tv. Gazebo in back yard has a hot tub, outdoor furniture, and fireplace!
Dining table sits 8 people.
There are three full bathrooms. ****The whole house is included, no others guests.

Celebration of life

With multiple families traveling to the area for a celebration of life, I was in need of a few places that could accommodate various family and friends. This property and the hosts exceeded all expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to learn the house had been remodeled to open both sides to each other. This is a 5 bedroom 3 bath with two living areas and two kitchens which makes it a great option for your larger families or groups of friends who need to still have a little space to themselves. The hosts are great - both communicative and responsive. They also went above and beyond when I experienced an unexpected tire issue. They brought over a tire pump and allowed me to borrow it so I could make it to the tire shop. Truly saved the day. We will definitely be back again.

Great house for a large group!

We needed a place for our family to stay near Arcata so we could attend Cal Poly Humboldt graduation! This was a great home for us! It was in a country setting but a quick drive to the university! Every room was nicely decorated & clean!

Excellent stay in Eureka!

This is an amazing property for large families and/or friends traveling together! The duplex is newly remodeled and very well-appointed with parking for several vehicles. We had plenty of room for our gathering of four families, and the host could not have been nicer! He was very responsive when we needed more pellets for the stove, and was kind enough to allow us to stay a little longer when we encountered a flat tire upon checkout. Highly recommend and would stay again!
