2 night visit to Eureka Springs. Reserved a room with a balcony. The balcony is a shared level. It was nice to sit out but not private. A lot of steps so be ready. No elevators. The room was dated but clean. Beds very comfy. The bathroom sink was separated from the tub and toilet. The area was tight and dated. The location was great for the downtown area and surrounding attractions.

We really liked the amenities! The pool area was lovely. The game center was awesome. We had a lot of fun even with our adult children who enjoyed the stay as much as we did. We will highly recommend Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

Best Western Inn of the Ozarks was better than we expected. It was clean had great amenities and the restaurant had a delicious and reasonably priced breakfast. The service was incredible any employee we encountered was helpful and very nice. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff was really nice when we checked in. Once we got to our room it smelled so old and moldy. Even dropping the temperature in room didn't help. The carpet seemed like it hadn't been replaced since the 60s. Overall, I won't be picking any Best Western in the future.

Great place

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the views from the balcony and had a lot of fun in the recreation and pool area. Being next door to the restaurant was great and the food was delicious.

Great stay. Even with temperatures hovering around 100, our room stayed cool. Quiet grounds, well kept.Great pool and jacuzzi and play area! Room was fine. The staff was outstanding - answered any questions about the area and the facilities. Great attention to detail, even remembering our dog's name. It's little things like that make a place the kind of place you want to come back to. The only negative was the wifi was spotty and weak; probably because of where our room was, but it would be nice if they could boost the power a bit. We probably spent more time in the room than we normally would have because of the extreme heat. Overall this was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it.

Wish there hadn't been so many stairs. An update & refresh would have been nice. The cafe was sooo good & nice. The gift shop was a nice surprise. The pool area! Wowza! The game area was outside, yet in a 'shelter' area by the pool. All in all, it was a nice hotel, just needs some tlc on the outside.

Stayed here with our dog and everyone was very nice and helpful. Front desk and restaurant was great. Maid service checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Pool was closed for a couple of days for repairs but opened on our last day and was very nice. Great recreation area for kids. A/C did have some issues keeping up with the heatwave but it was like that almost everywhere we went in Eureka Springs. I would stay here again.

Would like it if the breakfast was including in the price of the hotel. Other than that would definitely stay there again. We loved the game room, hot tun and pool. My son and I would have loved it if they had a gym.

Great family trip

Really enjoyed our stay, loved having the nightly movie in the pool. On Thursday there is a farmers market across the street. First time visiting Eureka and really enjoyed our time there.

Great getaway stay in Eureka Springs!!!

Arrived early by mistake and they checked us right in without an upcharge. The room was clean and perfectly located. The pool was a bit chilly as we had a few heavy rain showers but we enjoyed some miniature golf and other activities right next to the pool. We also enjoyed the hot tub every morning and evening. - The restaurant was also very good. Centrally located and walking distance to the trolly station. - Highly recommend this place. It was perfect for us!!!
