Local art pieces and personal decor pieces we love to share with our guests so you can enjoy them too. There is a jetted tub in the large bathroom and a two-person hot tub on the private back deck.

The Space:
The Bungalow is an open concept lodging with an open bedroom to the main living area. It is located close to the Holiday Island Marina and is in walking distance to Table Rock Lake.

Additionally, we offer creamer and sugar to enhance your coffee experience. Should you have a preference for a particular brand or coffee accessory, feel free to bring your own along for your stay.

Guest Access:
Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property.  It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster.  Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas.  Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement.  Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Travel Tip - Midweek rates are lower than weekend rates - try adjusting your travel dates to view the best rates.



As with all Vacation Rental Properties, Guests acknowledge that activity on the Property carries with it the potential for injury due to unfamiliar terrain and layout.  The topography in the area has frequent changes in elevation requiring steps and walkways that conform to the landscape, therefore, please use caution and familiarize yourself with all areas of the property.  We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived and you are accepting the property with no assurances.  Emergencies are very rare, yet, it is smart to be prepared for inclement weather, natural disaster, or injury when traveling.


Above all, have a great stay.  We love our first time guests, as well as our repeaters, and want you all to have a wonderful time during your stay.

Cancelation: Please note that, WITHIN 30 days of arrival, your reservation becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please plan accordingly.

Getting Around:
Only 10 minutes to Eureka Springs and one hour from Branson, Missourri.

The price is for two people. There is a full size pull out couch that could be used for children. Each additional person after two people is $21 per person.

50% deposit due at time of booking, balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. (100% may be due at time of booking when using 3rd party booking agents and not directly through our website).
