There was hair in the bathtub, on the floor, on the toilet-even on the sheets. Dead bugs on the floor, debris in all the corners and huge dust bunnies under the bed. I asked for maid service and all they did was make the bed after I told her about the filth. No trash emptied. No office people to talk to-nothing. I called the number and got housekeeping. The people in the next room were noisy until very late (midnight) and no one to complain to. Not a good experience at all. The location was the only positive thing.
The room is beautifully redone, the only issue we had was the paper thin walls in between each room. We could hear our neighbors entire conversation and tv program as if we were in the same room. That made it hard to sleep or relax and made me feel like I couldn't make a peep, or else others would be annoyed too. The memory foam bed was also very firm.
We did not stay in that DUMP! It was dark and there was no office to check in. I never received a confirmation and was unable to reach anyone by phone. It was too dangerous and we did not feel safe. The fact we could not check in prevented any stay.
The renovation being done here makes the rooms amazing. We were blessed to have the “penthouse” room. On the outside, it’s a cement building they have renovated, but on the inside, it was SOOOO spacious with everything we needed. For the price and convenience, there’s not a better room in Eureka Springs. Love this place!
The executive suite is really a small, well-appointed apartment with a full kitchen, living room, fireplaces in both the living room and bedroom. Modern decor offset by a cute retro full-sized refrigerator and microwave. The outdoor seating area is quiet and peaceful on the edge of the woods. We were visited by several deer and an armadillo while relaxing with a cocktail by the fire pit. A great contrast to the bustle of the historic downtown area just a couple miles away. Best of both worlds!
They offer no contact check in with a PIN code for your door. I would definitely stay here again.
We loved our stay! The only complaint was the hotel room door does not have the door number on it so we were a bit confused on how to find out room. Once we did though we were fine and loved every minute of it.
Overall it was great! The beds were a little hard for my personal preference, but the room was clean, everything waa functional, and the staff was super friendly and nice. Within minutes from great attractions and restaurants and downtown eureka springs.
The hotel was shabby, dirty and noisy. The bathroom wall had a hole in the wall! The bathtub had not been cleaned and even had hair in it. I would never recommend this place.
