Horrible experience! We had a strong cleaning smell in the room that wouldn’t go away. We finally found a cheap pine air freshener they stuck in the air vent the next day. Smell never left the room. Beds are thin, bouncy and have springs poking you. You can hear everything from next room and upstairs. No ice machine just a small cooler with limited ice. Only plus was AC worked well.

⭐ 1 Star (would give zero if I could) I booked this hotel months in advance, expecting it to look like the pictures. Instead, we walked into a dark, depressing living room with one lamp, one tiny window, and no ceiling light fixtures. The problems didn’t stop there: • The patio door had water damage with water literally dripping down the doorway. • The bed was disgusting — brown stains across it and red specks at the foot (which looked like dried blood/possible bedbug evidence). • Carpet was filthy, stained, and clearly unvacuumed. • Lamps had mold growing on the rings. • The front door trim was chipped and falling apart. We were in the room less than 30 minutes before deciding it was unlivable. When I asked the on-site manager for help, I was told: “You booked online, nothing I can do.” No refund, no solution. I was forced to rebook elsewhere at my own cost. This wasn’t some budget roadside stop — this place cost over $500. After filing a dispute, I was told to wait 72 hours, but the hotel never answers their phones and we are still out the money. This place is unsafe, unsanitary, and a total scam. Do not trust the photos. Do not trust the management. Save yourself the headache, the health risk, and the lost money. I have photos but they won’t let me post them at this time.
