We found bedbugs in our room so we left. There is no full time help at the motel they have a number posted on the door. Once bedbugs are discovered, I do not want another room, so I would expect to see an apologetic refund & response. I have not requested my refund for not staying the entire trip since no one was on site so can’t comment on service. Once I do, I’ll try to remember to update my post. I did report that the tv didn’t work to the maintenance man and he immediately took care of it.

The staff was very helpful and professional. The Mgr. came to our rescue when needed. I wish they had walk in showers as it was very difficult to step over into the high suded tub safely. The room furniture should be checked each time after a stay. The drawers knobs kept coming off on each side. Otherwise the stay itself was over-all workable. The staff was outstanding!!!!

There was no ice machine on the premises. The staff was very rude. The room had a very strong nasty smell. I had to leave a day early and then refused to refund me for the 1 night I wasn’t staying. I will never go back to this hotel again. I will stay somewhere else.

The desk clerk was friendly. The location was convenient. Our room was clean. The balcony was a plus! The deferred maintainence was noticeable- the bathroom floor has peeling around fixtures, and the beds were thin and hard-up tilted, there was kissing caulk

Bed and pillows were comfortable, staff was courteous and friendly. No breakfast on weekdays, office doesnt open til 8, we left at 630am Monday.very old and dated, badly in need of new carpet. Coffee maker still had someone elses coffee in it, Aaaack.otherwise clean.
