Master bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan, flat screen Smart TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and walk out to upper deck.
Bathroom with tub/shower can be shared between master and second bedroom guests.
The third bedroom sports a queen bed, futon, ceiling fan and Smart TV. This bedroom can easily be separated from the rest of the house and has its own entry, for additional privacy. This area has a second complete kitchen featuring stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, dishes, and flatware.
The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination and is part of the third bedroom/ studio.
A laundry room with washer and dryer connects the two areas.
KITCHENS: TWO fully equipped kitchens as well as two Weber Grills if you decide to cook at home. Crockpot, dishwasher, electric and gas stoves, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerators, microwaves, coffee, tea, snacks.

Exceeded Expectations

Home was beautiful--exactly as described, but felt even more cozy than the listing photos! Clean, inviting, relaxing. We booked all 3 bedrooms, which included a private bedroom space within an adjoining full apartment. So we had access to TWO full kitchens had we needed them. Home was fully stocked with all equipment to prepare complete meals. Washer and dryer was a helpful bonus! Decor was lovely and every detail was thought of--even a first aid kit! We were looking for a location convenient to Eureka Springs, yet away from the hustle and bustle, and this was perfect!! Morning coffee and dinners on the back deck, nestled in the trees, was the absolute best way to start and end each day. We had a few questions, and Barbara was exceptionally gracious and responsive. I highly recommend this property and would book it again without hesitation!

Cozy cottage

The accommodation was outstanding, location off the beaten path. Quiet and peaceful, suggest getting home before dark because roads are winding. Absolutely loved this place, check in process had some glitches but things were fixed and our stay was perfect.

The property was beautiful and the house was clean and had everything needed plus more. Had a little issues with Vrbo but Barb handled everything fabulously. We were comfortable and had a lot of fun. While away from the hustle, the house was still close to everything....grocery store, restaurants, shopping, swimming, fishing, golf and more. Can't wait to go back.
