Old Florida Charm

Due to recent flooding in Eustis and Mount Dora, Construction crews may ask for a discount. I already discounted October 27-30 .This large, 1925 classic old Florida home in lovely Eustis will hold your vacation memories. It's clean and comfortable, with updated bathrooms, all new windows. Be aware that there are level changes and sloped floors on the now- enclosed porches.

It has four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and several extra rooms. There are two enclosed porches (one with a bed) and a speakeasy, plus a half acre yard with a fenced 8 foot deep pool.

There's a separate cottage on the 1/2 acre property. Currently our pool caretakers, Cindy and Robert, are living there.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Eustis Historical Museum and Preservation Society. You'll find features like an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. The vacation home includes amenities such as free WiFi and a private pool.
