Located on the corner of the 1/2 acre grounds of a larger vacation rental, the studio cottage has vaulted ceilings, a full bath and kitchen, and a private fenced yard, Off street parking just outside of the gate. The main property has a pool, but that is for the use of the guests staying in the large house.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be within walking distance of Eustis Historical Museum and Preservation Society.
