Upstairs you will find 4 guest bedrooms (1 with a private bath). In addition to the front porch, you have a lovely covered back porch with deck, outdoor seating, outdoor dining room and a gas grill ready for use. Garage fits 2 cars plus two more in the drive way. Plenty of street parking also available. River Island is an amazing, conservation community offering walking trails, resident garden area, kayak stands, clubhouse with covered pavilion, an amazing pool overlooking the Savannah River.
