Welcome to Masters Oasis, a beautifully appointed 3,500 sq ft, two-story brick corner home located in the desirable Sumter Landing subdivision. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, entertaining, and relaxation, this home sleeps up to 10 guests and is situated just 9 miles from Augusta National Golf Course, close enough for effortless tournament access, yet tucked away for peaceful evenings.

The home features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and showcases a newly added covered outdoor deck (photos coming soon), creating the perfect setting for morning coffee, post-round gatherings, or unwinding after a day at the course. The expansive, fenced-in backyard includes an in-ground gas grill, outdoor griddle, and fire pit, offering a true outdoor cooking and entertaining experience.

The updated kitchen features elegant quartz countertops and is fully equipped with all essential kitchen amenities. Seating is available for ten guests in the kitchen, dining room on the covered outdoor deck, making the home ideal for entertaining before or after tournament days.

For entertainment, the master bedroom, kitchen area, and family room are outfitted with large flat-screen TVs, and every bedroom includes its own TV. Streaming access includes ESPN, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Hulu, Netflix and the Golf Channel. High-speed AT&T fiber Wi-Fi is provided throughout the home.

Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the treadmill located in the master suite, allowing for convenient daily workouts without leaving the property.

Just a short walk from the home, guests can access a scenic nature trail leading to the Savannah River, where local wildlife can often be spotted and a private dock awaits for quiet reflection. Amazing Masters Stay

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay! From the young (playing in the back yard) to the older (just relaxing on the deck)...everyone had all positive things to say! The hosts were very timely in their responses to any questions we had and had the house set up perfectly right down to the box of Masters decorated cookies they left for us!
