Relax in the two inviting outdoor areas: a screened porch off the main family room and a walkout porch outfitted with a TV, grill, smoker, Ooni wood-fired pizza oven, dining table, and cozy seating overlooking a wooded, illuminated view. The property includes garage access with indoor parking for two cars. The neighborhood offers a public golf course, a clubhouse with a restaurant and bar, and scenic walking trails, making it an ideal retreat for a memorable stay.

Bed & Bath Configuration
Two master suites (main and lower levels), and 3 additional bedrooms (all upper level). Main level has master bath and 1/2 bath, The office on the upper level will be converted to a King bedroom (for a total of 5 bedrooms.) Upper level has 2 full baths (one is a Jack & Jill), and lower level has a master bath. Home also includes an additional office on upper level with desk and access to wifi and printer.
