Located just 20 minutes from the Masters, our 2,200+ square foot home offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and sits on an oversized corner lot. We have recently renovated within the past three years, with new laminate floors throughout main living areas and new paint throughout. New tile in all bathrooms. Downstairs you will find a kitchen that opens up to the living room, a formal dining room, a laundry room, and a 1/2 bath. All bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, private bath with garden tub, separate shower, and his and her sinks. An additional full bath is shared between the three remaining upstairs rooms, also offering his and her sinks and a shower/tub combo. Oversized bedroom located above garage has king bed. All remaining upstairs bedrooms will be furnished with a queen size bed. Living room and two king-bed bedrooms have TVs that include Netflix, ESPN, Hulu, and Disney+. No cable television, but house does offer Wifi. The exterior features include a garage with extra room for storage and a refrigerator perfect for storing beverages, a shaded fenced in backyard, and a deck with a grill. No Masters tickets are provided with this booking, and no cleaning service will be provided. The home does have a cat that will not be present during the time of rental.
