The night staff refused to do anything about the rowdy people in the next room. He promised to contact the manager and have them evicted after 2 hours of nonstop banging the walls and loud music. I asked to be moved several times and was told that was not possible. There were many vacant rooms. I will not be returning.

Staff were fine and helpful. Room/hallway heat was not on (went in Jan) and rooms took forever to warm to a decent temp. Cleaning staff reset our room temp to 65 after day cleaning (we were not in the room). Parking lot was icy and not salted. Often smelled cigarette and pot in lobby and lower hallways. Continental breakfast menu could have a few more items like bacon and eggs.

Fantastic place to stay

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was close to shopping, food, and family we were visiting at Fort Drum. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to be helpful with anything that was needed. We will definitely be back!!!
