Just about everything was great. Courteous staff, a clean room, pretty quiet. I couldn’t ask for a better experience staying somewhere away from home. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a place to stay.

This is my go to place when visiting the area. The rooms are reasonably priced, the hotel is spotless and the staff cares about you having a great, quiet stay. It is just outside the gate of Fort Drum, and a short drive to the beautiful Thousand Islands. This is a good option if you are visiting Watertown (a two minute drive to the south) or the tourist spots like Alexandria Bay, Clayton, nearby winery, St. Lawrence River, and more.

Room was clean though the bed was lacking in comfort. The breakfast choices were very limited. I was surprised that to obtain ice, I was required to go from my room on the third floor to the main lobby. That seemed excessive, especially given that there was a sign right outside my room pointing to a third floor (nonexistent) ice machine. Fine for a quick overnight travel stop, but not comfortable for a stay longer than one evening.

We love the proximity to Watertown for shopping. The fact there is a new Walmart and Aldis across the street is amazing!! Love the fact they don't allow pets with the exception of service dogs.

Not bad for the price. Breakfast option could definitely have been better. Waffles, cereal and bread. Orange juice was water and apple juice was sour. Room was clean and bed comfortable.
