Staff not present at front desk. Swimming pool closed for maintenance, with no one working on the maintenance. Ice makers out of order. wouldn’t offer a refund. Didn’t ask if we were capable of making it upstairs. NO ELEVATOR. No public restroom “out of service” overall the floors were nasty, and it was very dirty.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful.Bed and room were comfortable. Internet access unsecured but worked. Bathroom needs updating, including the shredding shower curtain. Excellent compared to the other hotels in the area in this price range.
