Upon arrival the odor and residue of smoke was pervasive and made it impossible for us to stay. The host who only responded by text after a day had elapsed, did not make it possible for us to receive any refund even the fee for cleaning the unit even though we did not stay.

Our stay was great! The house was comfortable and clean. The wifi and appliances worked well. The host communicated well, and even helped find my daughter's ring after we left. Would definitely stay again!
