Our room had stains on the carpet, and there was no hot water to shower. Also, the room wasn’t clean because there was a pair of dirty socks by the bed that did not belong to us. The guy at the front desk was very nice, but the room was not good at all.

The guy that check us in was super nice couldnt control the thermostat and someone in another room was smoking weed which that smell came in the vent in the bathroom

This was my second stay at Comfort Inn & suites in Evansville. It has such a nice staff. my room has always been very clean, and the breakfast is terrific. I'll be back for sure.

Our air did not work for the first 36 hours and when they finally fixed it it only cooled the living room and the bedroom was still super hot. Our shower made a loud howling noise the whole time the water was on. The positive to this place was the breakfast.

The staff were fantastic! The breakfast was excellent. There was remodeling going on around the elevator and sometimes it didn't want to move. The rooms were older, but very clean. The worst part was all of the noise! Dump trucks outside making a racket at 1:45 in the morning. Lots of outside noise all night long. I probably would not stay at this hotel again. Sorry, the location is not great.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

First thing we noticed when we walked into the room was that it was kind of dirty. Then we went to the pool and it was fine but the hottub literally looked like it belonged in Shrek's swamp. It was cloudy and had a green tint to it. When we got back to our room and were getting ready for bed I found a tube of erectile dysfunction cream on the floor next to the bed. Then as I pulled out the sofa bed I found an empty can of butane fluid. Both finds were kind of like whatever and moved on. The thing that topped it off was in the morning when I found a corner of a baggie that most likely had contained meth on the floor between the bed and the nightstand. To add to all of that everything was either stained or very worn out like the sides of the foot stool were sagging, the office chair was completely falling apart, and the mattress on the pullout sofa was nearly nonexistent. Also set the thermostat at 69° and it ran all night and was still chilly in the morning. Overall a very disappointing and disgusting experience. I'm thankful that neither of my two young kids found the used drug baggie because that could've turned out very bad if it had something worse in it.

The property was okay. I was shocked to see the woman behind the counter in the breakfast area. Grabbing food out of a container wirh her bare hands wirh out and gloves on. It appalled me to think that a food staff person would not have gloves on or a hair net. I did not eat the items that i saw her touch. Another couple eating there was amazed that she did not consider safe habits for the customer staying at the hotel. I stated to the lady with out the gloves on that she should have them on and her response to me was "i suppose i should ". The table we were sitting at had water all over the floor. Maybe from the rain The night before. The employees around did not notice. Not impressed at all.
