Very bright and modern home with a lot to offer for your stay. It is in a super friendly neighborhood with people always out and about walking/running/biking. Minutes from parks and schools. The University of Evansville is within walking distance from the home. Downtown is about a 5 minute drive, with the mall is being a 6 minute drive. The University of Southern Indiana, is about 12-18 minute drive, dependent upon traffic.
