Nobody was at the front desk when we came to check in and it took me walking back into the kitchen for someone to come help us, and it was the same checking out, there was no bell to ring nothing, the room was clean but the pillow on the bed were the same size as couch throw pillows, and they were extremely uncomfortable.

Great location and clean rooms

We were very pleased with our stay at The Hyatt. Check-in was smooth. Lobby and breakfast area was clean and modern. Room was clean, comfortable and a nice size for our family. Location is great if planning on visiting The Ford Center. We would definitely stay here again.

No reservation, no room with a prepaid reservation

This was prepaid to hotels.com for a stay in Evansville at this location. Upon arrival at the hotel, there was no record of an any reservation. This was after receiving conformation of a reservation. In addition, there was a receipt for the hotel stay. There was no ability to check in - there was no room available for my two night stay.. This caused a relocation to a different property. Evidently, Hyatt Place had lost the reservation. This is horrible customer service.

Our room, which was ready ahead of schedule, was clean and very comfortable. The desk and bar staff were wonderful. The breakfast was very good. Would definitely recommend and return again.
