Upon entry, you'll find a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry area, a half bath, and a spacious great room. This room is perfect for relaxation and productivity, featuring a full-size couch, a 55 ” smart TV for streaming your favorite channels, and a workstation. The dining area, with a table that seats four, is ideal for entertaining. The adjoining full-size galley kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal.
Upstairs, you'll find two well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a desk that can double as a vanity, a floor-length mirror, and an individual AC unit for personalized comfort. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a relaxing chair. Both beds are dressed with soft sheets and four plush pillows each.
The full bathroom includes a bathtub/shower combo and a large vanity with excellent lighting. You'll find soft, plush towels and starter toiletries for your first night.
For outdoor enjoyment, the first-floor patio is fenced for privacy and features a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining or unwinding with a glass of wine.
During the summer months, take advantage of the community swimming pool.
