Located in the countryside but close to all shops - at the center of many activities
The gites of Kermaux consist of a longère comprising 3 dwellings and a detached house (longhouse and shorthouse)
possibility to rent the buildings separately
the cottages are comfortably furnished and equipped - for babies everything is on site
heated swimming pool (open from the end of May to mid September) a games room for children with many games, books, DVDs etc ..., an outdoor playground, a bowling green, a tennis court, private terrace for each gites, BBQ, garden furniture, Wifi
Heating package included in the price (200 KW for a WE -500 kw for the week the surplus will be charged 0.18 euros per KW)
Deposit: check to deposit on arrival (800.00 euros), check returned within 8 days after your departure
Possibility of extra bed: up to 4 beds contact us
CARNAC - AURAY - VANNES - THE MORBIHAN GOLF ISLANDS - THE BEACHES are around 40 Kms
