The staff and restaurant staff was helpful. Wasn't happy with checking out. I checked out Sunday, 26th of January 2025 and Wasn't able to get a refund on my days not stayed there. I was told to contact the booking company and they would contact the hotel to confirm and discuss the refund.

Very modern and comfortable. Every staff member made us feel like we were their only guest. Pool and hot tub were clean and had plenty of towels. Lobby was inviting.

The room was exactly what I was expecting. I did my usual inspecting prior to opening my bags. I was pleased to find the same level of attention to detail and cleanliness as I come to expect from other Marriot properties. Came for the larger pool for my Grandkids to play in. Water was to cold to enjoy. Had to get out every 5 minutes to warm up in the small hot tub. Delta needs to increase the water temperature during winter months.
