Not much staff around and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to front desk upon check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Prefer to have the personal toiletries rather than communal bottles attached to walls in bathroom. Pool was very dirty and appeared to not have filter system working so did not take a chance going in it. Breakfast was good, nice selection.

The hotel was decent. Beds were marginally comfortable. I booked a double queen for my 14y/o son and I and they switched us to a king and a sofa bed. Not exactly happy about that and their tvs are terrible. Not that you go to a hotel to watch tv. But they still suck. The breakfast buffet was the best thing about the place and that was just ok too.

Unfortunately the system was down when we arrived to check in, it was down for quite some time and we had to wait several hours before we could come back to check in. However the staff was COMPLETELY honest and helpful courteous and professional, they went above and beyond to make contact as soon as the manager arrived, on a weekend late at night, and manually entered us into a beautiful room with an amazing view. The breakfast was excellent. No hot tub though :(

Lovely and Relaxing

This was a family trip over 4th of July weekend and we were so appreciative and impressed with the staff and facility. The delicious breakfasts and onsite pool were a boost of fun. We liked the location as well as it was easy to explore and enjoy the Funko store, farmer's market, and antique stores.

The check-in was fast + the staff was extremely cordial + efficient. The room was clean including the bathroom. The breakfast area was also very clean. There's free underground parking that's easy to access with a convenient elevator up to the rooms. But the common areas of the property need updating + cleaning. The carpet in the halls are stained in many areas. The walls in the halls + rooms need to be painted a lighter color so it doesn't seem so dark + a bit dingy.
