The room was fine and the staff, breakfast, etc. were all great. I am a little annoyed they placed a $150 hold on my credit card on top of the $150 I paid hotels.com for the room. A small fee for incidentals just in case is reasonable. $150 is not.

It appears the people i talked to were not actually from expedia, perhaps sub-sourced or something. They kept saying I'm so sorry everytime i told them that the hotel had the wrong dates for my booking. They tried to send me to a different hotel. Finally I asked for a refund and she said... I'm so sorry once again. I ended up paying for my stay out of my own pocket after an hour of back and forth with these web beds people. The hotel stay was great. Excellent breakfast and assistance from staff. The fact that expedia could not get my booking date straight with the hotel and i had to pay again to stay is not cool. The room was already paid for through expedia. Why did i have to pay again because they couldn't fix the dates that were incorrect.
I paid twice for this room. Expedia owes me.
