Maximum of two vehicles are allowed. No Exceptions. RVs, campers, boats, and trailers are not permitted and will be towed at the renter's expense.
Dock is for pedestrian use, kayaks, canoes, and general leisure. Boats or skiffs are not allowed to dock at the private dock behind the house.
