Spacieux, très bien équipé, conforme à la description.Bien situé, à 7-8 min à pieds du centre ville et du bord de lac.Seul bémol : parfois difficile d'accéder au garage individuel en raison d'autres véhicules garés devant.Sinon, adresse au top !
