O apto é bem novinho. Numa localização muito boa por ser perto de restaurantes, padarias,… mas num sábado à noite foi barulhento por haver bares e casa noturna perto tb. A escada que dá acesso ao primeiro andar é bem estreita e íngrime, dificultando um pouco o transporte de malas grandes. O anfitrião foi bem rápido em responder tudo e prontamente atendeu à uma necessidade nossa. Não deve haver um reservatório grande para água de aquecimento solar, pois em alguns momentos do dia e da noite não foi possível tomar banho quente.
