The rooms at Indigo are very nice, as are the public areas of the hotel. What lets it down is the service - Becketts bar serves great drinks and the view of the cathedral is lovely but it took 90 minutes to get a round and a half of drinks. It wasn't even very busy! Reception was slow and staff need training. Most of the staff at the restaurant bar were new, so again, service was super slow. This could all be resolved with more staff and far better training! What a shame, as the rest of the hotel is great.
